Toshiba Carbon Zero Scheme
Greendocs is delighted to be a member of the Toshiba Carbon Zero Scheme, which allows us to help combat CO2 emissions through the offsetting of all the products we sell.
The plan calculates and offsets a Toshiba product's whole carbon footprint, including parts sourcing, manufacturing, and transportation, ensuring that our clients receive a carbon-neutral device upon delivery.
Impact Report Calculator – The Carbon Offset Impact Report allows us to calculate the positive impacts that a Toshiba Carbon Zero product has on various communities. The report is bespoke to each client and is based on the combination of products supplied which can be used by our customers for their own initiates such as ISO14001 certification.
Offsetting paper consumption
We plant enough trees to offset 100,000 sheets of paper for every print device sold through greendocs, in addition to our carbon-neutral products. We also provide our customers an electronic certificate so they can see their contribution and use it to develop their own internal CSR policy.
Recycling
Eco Box Scheme – Designed for the return and recycling of waste toner containers, empty toner cartridges and developer bottles. Each Eco Box holds approximately 20 items and once the customer places a service call and for a small charge the full box is collected and replaced with an empty Eco Box. Hybrid MFP
Toshiba’s unique hybrid printing technology, which includes an innovative multifunction print device (MFP) that allows you to reuse regular office paper, is a great solution for organisations that want to be environmentally conscious while also being cost-effective and efficient. The Toshiba Hybrid MFP prints in both ordinary black and erasable blue. Our erasable blue toner allows you to reuse the paper you've printed on over and over again, allowing you to print more with less paper. Reducing paper usage saves natural resources, lowers your company's carbon footprint, and saves money.
