Our Mobile Diagnostics Tool (MMDT) enables technicians to remotely interrogate printers and Multi-Functional Products (MFPs) in order to improve diagnostics. This proactive information highlights any issues before they occur, so that they can be cleared remotely without the need for a site visit which in turn reduces our carbon foot print.
